For addresses within the UK, estimated delivery time is 6–8 working days, excluding order processing time. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas.

Please note that delivery time refers to transit time only and does not include order processing time (1–5 working days).

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full physical addressat checkout.

We currently accept secure payments via PayPal and most major credit or debit cards.

This could be due to one of the following reasons:

1.The card is not supported – try another card.

2.Incorrect CVV or billing details.

3.Your card has expired.

You may also wish to contact your bank directly for further assistance.

No account is required — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and view your purchase history.

You can track your order at any time via our Order Statuspage, or use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email on the courier’s website.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Please note:
Returns for personal reasons may be sent to either a UK warehouse or an international warehouse (e.g. China), depending on the product.
For international returns, return shipping costs may be higher (typically £20–£40).
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
