At Havaro Hardware, we take pride in offering high-quality home hardware designed to last. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
🕒 Order Cancellation
Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@havarohardware.com within 6 hours of placing your order.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 2 business days.
Please note:
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
📦 Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Return Reasons
1. Issues caused by us (free return):

Item damaged during shipping

Manufacturing or quality defects

Incorrect or missing item
In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
2. Change of mind / personal reasons:

You no longer want the item

Ordered too many

Style, finish or colour does not meet expectations
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
🌍 Return Address & Return Shipping Costs
Returns for personal reasons must be sent to the return address provided by us.
Depending on the product, returns are required to be sent to our international warehouse in China, which is the same as our registered company address:

Please note:

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

Return shipping to China may cost approximately £20–£40, depending on the courier.

Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent. Detailed instructions will be provided by email.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs.
🔄 How to Request a Return
Please email support@havarohardware.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

A brief explanation of the return reason
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
🚫 Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns if:

The item has been used, installed, or damaged

The item is not in its original condition or packaging

Damage occurred due to improper return packaging

Incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer

The return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges for personal reasons (e.g. style or finish) are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days.
