Return & Exchange Policy

At Havaro Hardware, we take pride in offering high-quality home hardware designed to last. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


🕒 Order Cancellation

We begin processing orders within 24 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@havarohardware.com within 6 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund within 2 business days.

Please note:
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.


📦 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Delivered with manufacturing defects

  • Missing from your order

To initiate a return, please contact support@havarohardware.com within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear, high-quality photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Once reviewed and approved by our team, we’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We’re unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size ordered (please check measurements on the product page)

  • Colour doesn’t match your cabinets (minor colour variations may occur)

  • Ordered more than needed or changed your mind

  • Items returned used, damaged, or not in original packaging

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Return requests made more than 14 days after delivery


🔁 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for personal reasons (e.g., style or finish), please:

  1. Contact us at support@havarohardware.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Ensure the item is unused and in original condition

  3. Post the item back to the address we provide (return postage is the customer’s responsibility)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days.


🔄 Return & Exchange Process

  1. Email support@havarohardware.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange

  2. We will provide the return address and further instructions

  3. Post your item within 30 days of delivery

  4. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in resalable condition and include all original packaging

  • Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to improper return packaging

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover all shipping costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees
