Order Confirmation
You will receive two important emails:

1. Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after placing your order

2. Dispatch Notification: Sent when your order ships (includes tracking number*)

*Please note:

• Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate

• Due to UK tax and compliance regulations, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been dispatched.

• Orders in transit cannot be cancelled

Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping Origin & Fulfilment

Havaro Hardware operates an international fulfilment model.
Most of our products are manufactured in our factories in China. Depending on product availability and order destination, orders may be dispatched from:
Our overseas warehouses, or directly from our manufacturing facilities in China
This approach allows us to offer a wider product range while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Delivery Time for UK Orders

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, delivery times depend on the shipping origin.

If your order is dispatched from China:
- Processing time: 1–5 working days
- Estimated transit time: 7–10 working days

Total estimated delivery time: 8–15 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Delivery Methods
Havarohardware partners with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including: Royalmail, DHL, and UPS. 

Key information:

• All delivery times are in working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays)

• Cut-off times vary by carrier (typically 12pm-2 pm for same-day dispatch)

• Warehouse processing times may affect total delivery time

Delivery Restrictions
Currently unavailable for:

• Outer Hebrides

• Shetland Islands

• Isle of Man

• Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)

*Mainland UK deliveries typically arrive within stated timeframes. Remote Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland addresses may experience 1-2 day delays.

UK Mainland Delivery Options
We offer flexible delivery services:

*Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may incur 1-2 extra working days.

Estimated delivery time includes order processing and international transit.
