Order Confirmation
You will receive two important emails:

  2. Dispatch Notification: Sent when your order ships (includes tracking number*)

*Please note:

  • Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate

  • Due to UK tax regulations, we cannot alter shipping addresses after order placement

  • Orders in transit cannot be cancelled

Havarohardware partners with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including: Royalmail, DHL, and UPS.

  • All delivery times are in working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays)

  • Cut-off times vary by carrier (typically 12pm-2 pm for same-day dispatch)

  • Warehouse processing times may affect total delivery time

Delivery Restrictions
Currently unavailable for:

  • Outer Hebrides

  • Shetland Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)

*Mainland UK deliveries typically arrive within stated timeframes. Remote Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland addresses may experience 1-2 day delays.
